A. Construction Of Signs: Temporary signs must be constructed in such a manner so as not to create a threat or hazard to people or property within the city.
B. Ground Clearance: The bottom of temporary signs shall not be more than twelve inches (12") off the ground.
C. Height Of Signs: Temporary signs shall not exceed twenty feet (20') in height from the ground.
D. Permits For Temporary Signs:
1. Permits will be valid for thirty (30) days.
2. Not more than four (4) permits will be authorized within any twelve (12) month period.
3. Permits must be expired for thirty (30) days before an additional permit can be issued. (Ord. 704, 11-14-2005)
