Within thirty (30) days of any change in the registration information as required by this chapter (e.g., a change of owner due to the sale of rental property), the owner or owner's agent shall provide notice to the City of the same in writing. There shall be no additional charge for the remaining period of the annual registration. A change of ownership shall include any change in ownership rights, including the execution of a Contract for Deed, whether recorded or not. (Ord. 889, 6-24-2019)
