3-11-2: SCOPE:

This chapter applies to any dwelling unit and its accessory units that are leased as rental units located within the City of Marquette Heights, with the following exceptions:

A. Nursing homes, as defined in the City of Marquette Heights Zoning Ordinance;

B. Hotels and motels, as defined in the City of Marquette Heights Zoning Ordinance, as well as other similar facilities where occupancy thereof does not exceed thirty (30) days. (Ord. 889, 6-24-2019)
