A. Any person convicted of violating sections 3-11-2 through 3-11-13 shall be guilty of an offense, and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00).
B. The distribution, growing, processing, testing, researching or possession for the purpose of sale, exhibition or display, in any place of business without a valid certificate of compliance issued by the City is declared to be a public nuisance and may be abated by the City. This remedy shall be in addition to any other remedy provided by the law including the penalty provision applicable for the violation of the terms and provisions of this code. (Ord. 436, 12-16-2019)
