The City Administrator is the chief administrative official of the City of Marlow. For the purposes of this title, the City Administrator is assigned to administer, interpret, and implement the standards, criteria, and procedures of this title. The City Administrator may delegate such responsibilities in writing to City staff. Throughout this title, the term "City Administrator" is used to indicate the responsibility for specified actions, except where specified actions are reserved or specifically delegated by law to another official. In all instances, "City Administrator" means the "City Administrator or designee". (Ord. 420, 12-18-2017)
