A. This title shall apply only to the incorporated areas of the City of Marlow, Stephens County, Oklahoma.
B. No buildings, structures, or land shall be used or occupied; and no building, structure, or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, reconstructed, moved, enlarged, or structurally altered unless in conformity with the regulations of this title.
C. A change of use shall conform to the standards, criteria, requirements, and procedures of this title.
D. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to restrict the operation of a bona fide farm or production of agricultural products including produce and livestock, except where limitations are specifically enumerated. (Ord. 420, 12-18-2017)
