A. Penalty Imposed: Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-5-1 of this code. Each day such violation is committed or continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such. (Ord. 369, 2-26-2002; amd. 2004 Code)
B. Injunctive Relief: In addition, violation of any of the provisions hereof declared to be a public nuisance shall be a basis for injunction at the suit of the city, or at the suit of any person, firm or corporation adversely affected thereby. (Ord. 369, 2-26-2002)
