9-2-8: APPEAL BUILDING PERMIT DECISIONS:
Appeals from any aggrieved person concerning a decision of the City Clerk relative to the granting of building permits shall be taken to the City Council, who shall act as the building permit Board of Adjustment for the City. (Ord. 313, 7-25-1989)
