9-1-6: MOVING OF FRAME BUILDINGS1:

No frame building shall be moved from without to within the corporate limits of the city which, by reason of its age, state of repair, condition of wiring or which, for any other reason, is unfit for human habitation or which might endanger the public peace, safety, health or welfare. (1985 Code § 4-38)
