A. Fire Limits Established: The following territory within the corporate limits (original townsite) of the city shall embrace and constitute the "fire limits" of the city:

B. Construction Limitations:
1. Construction Or Moving Of Buildings; Fireproof Walls: It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to build, erect, construct or cause to be built, erected or constructed, or place or move within the territory described in subsection A of this section, any building or addition thereto, unless the walls of such building or addition shall be built or constructed of stone, brick or other noncombustible material.
2. Rebuilding Damaged Building: It shall also be unlawful to rebuild any building which has been more than fifty percent (50%) destroyed by fire, except as herein stated. (1985 Code § 4-37)
