A. Definitions:
1. Wherever the words "City", "Town" or "Municipality" are used in those codes adopted, it shall mean the city of Marlow, Oklahoma.
2. Wherever the words "Inspector", "Building Inspector" or "Administrative Official" are used in those codes adopted, it shall mean the city official currently assuming the duties and responsibilities of city building inspector for the city of Marlow, Oklahoma.
B. Official Titles: All official titles used in those codes adopted shall be interpreted as defined in this city code.
C. Penalties: Maximum penalties for violation of provisions of those codes adopted shall be provided in the "penalty" section of this chapter (section 9-1-10).
D. Wood Shingles: Notwithstanding any provisions of any of those codes adopted by this chapter, wood shingles may be used for roofing.
E. Corporate Limits: All limits, except "fire limits", referred to in any of those codes adopted by this chapter are hereby established as the corporate limits of the city of Marlow, Oklahoma. (1985 Code § 4-2)
