A. Definition: "Scavenging", as used in this section, means the collecting, hauling, transporting or removing of any material or any residue or part thereof, of any kind or whatsoever nature, from any dump ground, sanitary landfill, garbage or trash disposal facility, or sewage disposal facility, provided or maintained by the city or the Marlow municipal authority, for such purposes.
B. Prohibition: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, unless expressly licensed or permitted by the city or the Marlow municipal authority, to enter upon any dump ground, sanitary landfill, garbage or trash disposal facility or sewage disposal facility maintained by the city or the Marlow municipal authority for such purposes, and engage in "scavenging", as defined herein.
