8-5-13: BURNING OF SOLID WASTE:

A. Burning Solid Waste: It shall be unlawful for any person to start or maintain any fire, or cause any fire to be started or maintained, for the purpose of burning or incinerating any solid waste.

B. Incinerators: It shall be unlawful to construct or install, within any building in the city, an incinerator designed to burn solid wastes. (1985 Code § 16-91)
