A. Placing Garbage In Streets, Other Prohibited Places: The placing of garbage, rubbish or any refuse material in any street or alley within the city limits, or the disposal of such refuse at any place within the city limits, except at the municipal disposal site, or at such other place as may be directed by the city health official, is prohibited.
B. Meddling With Refuse Containers: The meddling with refuse containers or in any way pilfering, scattering contents, or junking in any alley or street within the city limits is prohibited.
C. Method Of Disposal Of Garbage: The disposal of garbage and rubbish shall be by an approved method of incineration (not open burning) or by landfill and daily cover. (1985 Code § 16-86)
D. Container Use Restricted: Use of refuse containers shall be prohibited to all except the owner. (2004 Code)
