8-5-9: BILLING; DELINQUENCIES:

A. Rendition With Other Utility Bills: All bills for solid waste collection and disposal service charges may be included on other city utility bills and no payment shall be accepted except for the full amount billed for all services.

B. Delinquencies: Delinquent solid waste service bills shall carry the same due dates, grace periods and penalties as other utility bills. (1985 Code § 16-90)
