8-4-5: UNIT CONNECTION LIMITATIONS:
   A.   Not more than one unit (house, etc.) may be connected per meter.
   B.   No customer shall make or permit to be made any subsidiary connection of another's unit with his electric service. (1985 Code § 16-63)
