A. Billing:
1. Users will be billed on a monthly basis, with payment due ten (10) days after the date of billing.
2. Users on metered water service will be billed on the same notice as water charges and will be designated as a separate entry. (Ord. 368, 2-6-2002)
3. Users of the wastewater system not on metered water service will be billed monthly on an individual notice for wastewater service at the rate established by the city council and Marlow municipal authority.
B. Delinquencies; Notice Of Termination:
1. All bills for sewer service shall be due and payable on the first day of the calendar month following the service month when the service was rendered. Bills shall become delinquent if not paid on or before the tenth day of the month in which they become due, and the service will be shut off after reasonable notice.
2. The city council and Marlow municipal authority will utilize the municipal law enforcement system to assist, as required, in the control and management of the user charge system. (Ord. 368, 2-6-2002; amd. 2004 Code)
