8-3-5: USER CHARGE DETERMINATION:

Charges for the use of the city owned wastewater treatment (sanitary sewer) system shall be set by resolution of the mayor and city council. The mayor and council shall, from time to time, review the user charges and may change those charges by resolution of the mayor and council. (Ord. 368, 2-6-2002)
