8-3-1: USE OF SEWER SYSTEM; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to make any connection to the municipal sewer system without first complying with all applicable provisions of this code and all other requirements of the city, or the Marlow municipal authority. (Ord. 368, 2-6-2002)
