Any person desiring to secure water from the municipal system shall make an application therefor to the Marlow municipal authority, through the city clerk, on an application form to be provided by said city clerk. The applicant shall give such reasonable information as the city clerk may request. He shall state in the application that he will abide by all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the water service of the city. (1985 Code § 16-13)
