It shall be unlawful for any residence, business or industry to allow drainage of a polluting substance (as defined by 82 Oklahoma Statutes section 1084.2, as amended) into any street, alley, sidewalk or public right of way of the city. (1985 Code § 17-4; amd. 2004 Code)
