A. Hearing Officer Designated: For the purposes of this chapter, the city has designated the fire chief or his designee as the hearing officer to conduct all hearings as provided in this chapter (including articles A through D).
B. Right To Appeal:
1. Following any hearing by the hearing officer, the property owner or any affected party shall have a right to appeal to the city council any finding or order of the hearing officer.
2. Such appeal shall be taken by filing written notice of appeal with the city clerk within ten (10) days after the administrative order is rendered. (Ord. 362, 4-25-2000)
