4-2-4: EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER:
   A.   Center Established: A civil defense emergency operations center is hereby established for the city.
   B.   Operation Of Center: Operation of the center shall be in conformance with appropriate rules and regulations adopted by motion of the city council. (1985 Code § 6-13)
