4-1-2: THROWING MEDICINE ON STREET:

It shall be unlawful for any person, company or corporation to leave, throw or deposit, or cause to be left, thrown or deposited, upon any street, avenue, alley, sidewalk, park or any other public place, or on any private property within the city, any medicine of any kind or description whatever. (1985 Code § 9-28)
