3-10-6: INSPECTION OF VEHICLES:
   A.   Inspection By Police Officers: Vehicles for hire shall at all times be subject to the inspections of the police officers of the city.
   B.   Defective Or Unsafe Condition: If the vehicles shall be found to be defective or unsafe in any way for public use, the same shall not be operated or used by such owner or operator as a vehicle for hire. (Ord. 289, 9-30-1986)
