Application is submitted to the city personnel for addition to the City Council agenda within 90 days of application. City Council decision to approve or deny the request is final. Approval will be done through an Ordinance. Denied requests cannot be heard by the council for one year from the date of the council meeting in which request was denied. (Ord. 452, 2-21-2023)
