11-1-4: AUTHORITY AND DELEGATION:
   A.   Authority.  These subdivision regulations and minimum standards for land development are pursuant to the authority granted in 19 Oklahoma Statutes sections 866.12 and 866.13, and 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 41-101.
   B.   Delegation of Powers to Planning Commission.  The Planning Commission is vested with the authority to review, approve, conditionally approve, and disapprove preliminary plats of major subdivisions, and to grant variances from the requirements of this ordinance.
   C.   Delegation of Powers to City Administrator.  The City Administrator is vested with the authority to review, approve, conditionally approve or disapprove final plats of minor subdivisions and minor re-subdivisions, lot combination plats, lot line adjustments, dedication plats, construction plans and final plats of major subdivisions when preliminary plat approval has been obtained from the Planning Commission.  The City Administrator shall also be authorized to review major subdivisions and major re-subdivisions for conformity to the requirements of this ordinance, and to make reports and recommendations to the Planning Commission on major subdivisions and major re-subdivisions, and to administer, interpret, and enforce the provisions of this ordinance.
   D.   Delegation of Powers to City Engineer.  The City Engineer is vested with the authority to require and approve land development improvements and to require improvement guarantees for public improvements as specified in this ordinance. (Ord. 437,  - -2020)
