A. Location restrictions for medical marijuana dispensary.
1. A medical marijuana dispensary shall only be located within C-2 General Commercial District zoning.
B. Location restrictions for medical marijuana commercial grower.
1. A medical marijuana grow facility that is 1,500 square feet or less shall only be located indoors within C-2 General Commercial District Zoning; or
2. A medical marijuana grow facility that exceeds 1,500 square feet shall only be located indoors within A-2 Suburban District Zoning.
C. Location restrictions for medical marijuana processor.
1. A medical marijuana processor facility shall only be located within I-1 Light Industrial District zoning.
D. Location restrictions for medical marijuana testing facilities.
1. A medical marijuana testing facility shall only be allowed within I-1 Light Industrial District zoning.
E. Location restrictions for medical marijuana education and/or research facilities.
1. A medical marijuana education or research facility shall only be allowed within I-1 Light Industrial District zoning.
F. Location restrictions for medical marijuana waste disposal facilities.
