A. Board Created: There is hereby created an advisory board of directors for the Marlow senior citizens' center.
B. Appointment; Membership: The membership of the senior citizens' center advisory board of directors shall consist of seven (7) members. Four (4) center participants shall be elected by the center membership, one member shall be appointed by the mayor, one member shall be appointed by the city administrator, and one member shall be appointed by the president of the chamber of commerce.
C. Terms: Changes in the board shall take place in December at the annual membership meeting, depending on expiration dates for terms. All elections and appointments shall be for a two (2) year term. (1985 Code § 1-53)
