2-5-2: AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Management Of Libraries: The library board shall have administrative supervision and responsibilities for the management of all municipal libraries in the city.

B. Rules And Regulations: The library board may make all necessary rules and regulations for its operation and for the care and management of libraries supported by the city, subject to approval and enactment by the city council. (1985 Code § 1-46)
