2-1-5: SERVE AS REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION:

A. Creation; Members: There is hereby created a regional planning commission for the city. The municipal planning commission for the city shall also serve as the regional planning commission, in order to avail itself of the powers of state law.

B. Ex Officio Members: The mayor of the city, and the chairman of the Stephens County board of commissioners shall be ex officio members of said regional planning commission, to serve without voting powers. (1985 Code § 1-39)
