§ 53.06 USE OF OTHER THAN PRESCRIBED FACILITIES.
   (A)   Where this subchapter requires a particular type of sewage disposal facility the use of any other type, or disposal by any other means, is hereby expressly prohibited unless approved by the Health Officer.
   (B)   The Health Officer is authorized to approve exceptions to the provisions of this subchapter only when the lot size, soil composition, lay of the land or other unusual circumstances make the installation and use of the prescribed facilities unfeasible.
   (C)   Neither shall the Health Officer approve any installations under §§ 53.04 or 53.05 unless conditions favor such installations as adequate for protection of the public health.
