§ 36.11 THE ELECTION.
   The public election will be held on the second Tuesday of June of the year of the election. The polls will be opened at 6:30 a.m. and close at 7:30 p.m. prevailing time. Any person who is about to enter the polling place or who is in the polling place may vote after the polls close.
