§ 36.09 POLLING PLACE.

The Municipal Building at 709 Second Avenue, Marlinton, West Virginia, shall be the only poll in the Town of Marlinton for town elections. For town elections, the town shall be a single precinct, that being all of the property within the town boundary as defined in the office of the Clerk of Pocahontas County.
