§ 36.03 ELIGIBILITY TO HOLD OFFICE.
   Unless otherwise provided by Charter provision or ordinance, the Mayor, Recorder and Council members must be residents of the Town of Marlinton, must be qualified voters entitled to vote for members of its governing body.
