§ 35.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) A violation of §§ 35.35 through 35.41 shall be punishable by a fine in an amount set by Council from time to time for each separate violation or punishable by dismissal by governing body.
