§ 35.23 EMERGENCY LEAVE OF ABSENCE.
   In addition to all vacation and sick leave heretofore provided for all officers and employees shall be granted an emergency leave of absence of up to one week without pay or excuse therefore. Such officer or employee shall give, if possible, to the Mayor or his or her appropriate designate 48 hours’ notice of his or her intention to take said leave of absence.
