§ 35.21 VACATION LEAVE.
   (A)   All officers and employees shall be given vacation leave, with pay, for each full calendar year of employment after one full year of employment and shall receive ten working days of same. Such vacation leave shall be taken at a time approved by the Mayor or such other officer as he or she may designate. Such officer or employee shall provide to the Mayor or his or her designate written notice of his or her intent to take said vacation leave at least ten days prior to the first day of his or her anticipated vacation.
   (B)   At no time shall any officer or employee accumulate vacation leave in excess of ten days with losing same.
