§ 151.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   A comprehensive plan has been drafted and prepared by the Planning Commission, has been submitted to public review after notice, a public hearing being had thereon, and after the same has been approved by the Planning Commission of the town.
   (B)   The Planning Commission has presented to the Town Council as the governing body, the final draft thereof, titled “Town of Marlinton Comprehensive Plan, February, 1986”, to which reference is here made.
   (C)   The Town Council has reviewed the same and finds it to be thorough, complete and satisfactory as presented, and requests no revisions or alterations.
   (D)   The said comprehensive plan as presented by the Planning Commission is hereby adopted as the town’s comprehensive plan, to be used hereafter, unless properly modified, as a guide to the future development of the town. A copy of such will be available in the town offices and available for public inspection during regular business hours.
