§ 150.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of the town’s Building Code, the State Building Code, as amended or any technical code, adopted by the town, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000 at the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation continues, after due notice has been served, shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (C)   In addition to the fees set forth herein any violation of the provisions of this chapter or any of applicable technical codes or State Building Code shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000. Each day that a violation continues after notification to the owner, shall constitute a separate offense punishable by a separate fine therefore.

    (D)   Any person violating any provision of § 150.150 shall be fined not less than $50 or more than $1,000. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (E)   Any person violating any provision of § 150.153 shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $1,000.

   (F)   (1)   Where ever in this chapter any provision that does not set forth a penalty or fine for any violation set forth herein, such violation shall be punishable by a penalty or fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000.
      (2)   The administrative fines and penalties set forth in this chapter shall not when assessed and/or paid preclude the enforcement of any state statute, civil or criminal and in any appropriate case the town or such other proper authority may proceed under any such state statute regardless whether or not any administrative penalties or fines have been assessed or paid hereunder.

   (G)   Any person violation § 150.241(A) shall be fined in the amount of not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each failure or refusal to pay a required vacant building fee, as applicable. In such cases, whenever the minimum fine of $100 is imposed, it shall not be subject to suspension or reduction for any reason.
