(A) The Chief of the Marlinton Volunteer Fire Department, any inspector of the State Fire Marshal Office, the building inspector or any designee thereof may, at all reasonable hours, enter any building or premises within the town for the purpose of making any inspection or investigation which, under the provisions of any code or ordinance of the town they may deem necessary.
(B) No person, owner or occupant of any building or premises shall fall, after proper credentials are displayed to permit entry into any building or onto any property, by the Fire Chief of the Marlinton Volunteer Fire Department, State Fire Marshal inspector, the building inspector or any inspector thereof for the purpose of inspections pursuant to any code or ordinance of the town.
(C) (1) All buildings or structures which are structurally unsafe or not provided with adequate egress, or which constitute a fire hazard, are otherwise dangerous to human life, or which in relation to existing use constitute a hazard to health or safety, or public welfare, by reason of improper construction or repair, inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, obsolescence, fire hazard, disaster damage or abandonment, are, for the purposes of this chapter, unsafe buildings.
(2) All such unsafe buildings are hereby declared to be public nuisances and shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition or removal.
