(A) There is hereby adopted by the town for the purpose of further promoting health, sanitation, general public safety and welfare the town’s Plumbing Code.
(B) There is hereby adopted the International Plumbing Code, 2015 Edition and one copy of which shall remain on file in the office of the Mayor and such Code is hereby incorporated in and made a part of this chapter as fully as if it were set out verbatim herein and the provisions of the Plumbing Code hereby adopted shall be withholding within the town with respect to all subjects regulated or governed thereby.
