(A) Once a properly executed application is filed and all fees paid therefore, the building inspector shall conduct a full and complete inspection of the subject unit within ten calendar days of filing. The owner or the owner’s agent shall accompany the building inspector and provide access to any and all areas of the building or structure for inspection.
(B) If, after inspection, any dwelling unit found to conform to all requirements therefore, the building inspector shall issue a certificate of use and occupancy within ten calendar days. Such certificate shall be valid for two calendar years from the date of issue, unless sooner revoked.
(C) A certificate of use and occupancy issued for any unit shall be transferrable upon sale of such unit. Such certificate must be posted within the dwelling unit in a conspicuous location.
