(A) Generally. The building inspector is hereby authorized and directed to create and maintain such applications, forms, guidelines, inspection sheets, notices, orders and such other documents needful and necessary to perform the duties under all applicable ordinances of the town.
(B) Initial application. Application for a certificate of use and occupancy for a rental dwelling unit where none has previously been issued shall be filed prior to occupancy of any rental dwelling unit.
(C) Renewal application. An application for renewal of an existing certificate of use and occupancy shall be filed at least 30 calendar days before the expiration date of an existing certificate of use and occupancy.
(D) Initial applications. Initial applications upon passage of ordinance an applications for a certificate of use and occupancy for any and all rental dwelling units in existence upon passage of this chapter shall be filed within 90 calendar days from the date of passage of this and all related ordinances. The building inspector shall cause to be published a Class II legal advertisement in the Pocahontas Times stating the date of passage and the deadline for filing.
