§ 150.123 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CERTIFICATE OF USE AND OCCUPANCY. The certificate issued by the building inspector which permits the use of a building and which certifies compliance with the provisions of law for the use and occupancy of the building in its several parts together with any special stipulations or conditions.
   CODE OFFICIAL. The building inspector charged with the administration and enforcement of the ordinances and technical codes adopted by the Town of Marlinton, or a duly authorized agent.
   DWELLING UNIT. A single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.
   OWNER OCCUPIED. Occupied by the actual property owner or by any person or persons related thereto by blood, marriage or adoption and where no rent is paid.
   RENTAL DWELLING UNIT. Any dwelling unit, which is offered in whole or part for residential purposes and for which rent is paid.
