§ 150.122 SCOPE.

This subchapter applies to all rental dwelling units within the town. This subchapter shall not apply to owner occupied dwellings wherein roomers or boarders are maintained in common living areas nor to hotels, motels, dormitories, bed and breakfast establishments or other transient residential units.
