§ 150.035 CONTINUATION OF UNLAWFUL USE.

The continuation of occupancy or use of a building or structure, or any part thereof, contrary to the ordinances of the town or any technical code, shall be deemed a violation and subject to the penalties prescribed hereunder and each day such conditions is allowed to continue and shall constitute a separate violation of this code.
