§ 150.030 VIOLATIONS; INJUNCTIVE RELIEF UPON VIOLATION.
   (A)   Violations. It shall be a violation of this chapter of the town for any person, firm or corporation to erect, construct, alter, extend, remove, demolish, maintain, fail to maintain, provide, fail to provide, occupy, let to another to occupy or permit another person to occupy any premises, property, structure or equipment regulated by the town, or cause same to be done contrary to or in conflict with or in violation of any of the provisions of the ordinances of the town and any of the technical codes adopted by the town, or fail to obey a lawful order of the building inspector, or to remove or deface a placard or notice posted or issued by the building inspector.
   (B)   Injunction. In the case of any revisions, the Mayor or such person as the Mayor may designate is hereby authorized and empowered to institute and maintain a suit to restrain by injunction the violation of the ordinances of the town or any technical code notwithstanding the penalty for the violation thereof.
