(A) The town on February 6, 2012 adopted the State Building Code, as amended as the town’s building code. This chapter has been adopted to supplement and localize the State Building Code, as amended and adopted in the 2022 State Building Code. Nothing contained in this chapter is intended to abrogate any provision of the 2022 State Building Code and should any provision of this chapter be found in conflict with this chapter, the 2022 State Building Code shall control. The 2022 State Building Code is made a part of this chapter as if set out herein verbatim.
(B) A copy of the 2022 State Building Code shall be available for public inspection in the office of the Mayor of the town during normal business hours.
