§ 34.02 MUNICIPAL JUDGE.
   The governing body shall appoint a qualified person to the office of the municipal judge. The municipal judge and municipal court shall have jurisdiction, exercise the powers and perform the duties specified for municipal courts and municipal judges respectively, in W. Va. Code § 8-10-2, as amended.
